Salvage, Judo, and a Premier...

Trying to stay on top of this BLOG thing and I decided I had to put something up...  Looked at phone photos and did find some stuff:

I waded out into the bay, not very far, and salvaged the Bimini frame from the stolen boat that went upside down on the point the other day, ended up giving most of it away but kept about 7 foot of one inch SS tube and a few fittings...

Turns out chicken and waffles are pretty good together...  Who would have thought?  There is a Soul Food restaurant (and bar?) in Jack London Square in Oakland called of all things "Chicken and Waffles":

I did not get any photos of National Collegiate Judo Tournament, but I was referee and Jessica coached all day...  The event was a great success with 170+ players and we ran from 8:30Am to around 6:00 PM Sat Mar 10th...

And finally Jess are USCG Auxiliary members...  We are teaching/coaching at the Coast Guard Island Judo Club and enjoying every minute of it!
